- 2 medium-large sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp oil (vegetable, canola, peanut, flaxseed or ghee)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and black pepper to taste

Sweet Potato Fries Instructions
Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2″ square sticks resembling fries. Then place them into a large ziptop bag and add cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly.
Add in oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper and toss to coat evenly.
Place onto a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Be sure to space them evenly apart. Baked in a preheated 425F oven for 20 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. And then enjoy!
