We’re excited to have Wendy from Wendy’s Kitchen Table fame back with another of her popular recipes. Today she’s sharing her Peppermint Slice Recipe no bake version.
Peppermint Slice Ingredients
- 3 x 35g (1.2 oz ea) Peppermint Crisp Bars
- 250g (8.8 oz) packet of sweet plain biscuits
- 395g (14oz) tin of sweetened condensed milk
Peppermint Slice Icing
- 200g (7oz) dark or milk cooking chocolate, broken into cubes
- 1 tablespoon butter

How To Make Peppermint Slice Recipe
In a food processor crush biscuits and peppermint crisp bars together. Add condensed milk and then press into a slice and store container or slice pan.
In a medium-size microwave-safe glass bowl melt chocolate and butter on medium power (50%) for 30 seconds bursts until melted and smooth. Spread over slice. Refrigerate and serve.
Wendy’s Hot Kitchen Tip
You can also roll teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls and roll in coconut. You can also dip in melted chocolate.
