Unicorn Cheesecake Recipe Crust Ingredients
- 2 cups finely crushed biscuits (cookies) – Vanessa used a mixture of butternut snap and milk coffee Arnott’s
- 6 tbs unsalted butter, softened

Unicorn Cheesecake Filling Ingredients
- 4Â packages (8oz/225g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 2/3 cup (6.5oz/187g) sour cream
- 2/3 cup (6.5oz/187g) heavy cream
- 4Â large eggs
- pink, blue, purple and yellow food coloring (I used gels)
