Today, we are sharing the epitome of comfort food and when we say you have to try this Rigatoni Pie, we really mean it. This recipe is tried and true and will be much requested.
Rigatoni Pie Video Tutorial
This quick, easy and delicious recipe come to us from our friends at Greater Good and it is unique in its presentation. The Pie is constructed with your pasta standing up.
The flavor explosion is a combination of Marinara Sauce and Ricotta and of course it’s then fully doused with Parmesan. You bake your Rigatoni Pie at 400 for 15 minutes. Rigatoni Pie Recipe Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 15 Oz Ricotta
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Pound Rigatoni
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Parmesan
- 1 Pound Beef
- 25 Oz Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
