Sakata Chicken Drumsticks Ingredients
- 100g packet Sakata Rice Crackers (Barbeque)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil spray
- 1 kg drumsticks

Preheat oven to 220ËšC(430F) or 180ËšC (350F) fan-force. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Process rice crackers in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl and stir in other ingredients.
Spray chicken pieces all over with olive oil and roll in crumb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes turning halfway.
