Snickers Brownie Recipe IngredientsÂ
- 125g (4.4oz) butter, chopped
- 125g (4.4oz) dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup soft brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 x 60g (2.1oz)Â Snickers chocolate bars, cut into 1cm cubesÂ

Snickers Brownie Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (356F) /160°C (320F) fan-forced.
Grease and line a 19cm square baking dish/pan with baking paper.
Place butter, brown sugar and chocolate into a large saucepan and stir over medium heat until well combined. Remove from heat and beat in the eggs using a wooden spoon.
Sift together the flour, cocoa and baking powder into the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour half the mixture into the prepared pan. Place chopped up Snicker cubes evenly over the mixture so each cooked piece will have a piece of snickers bar in it.
Pour over the remaining mixture
Bake for about 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out with crumbs clinging. Cut into squares. Serve.
