Creamed Spinach Mushroom Smothered Chicken via Bacon Butter Cheese & Garlic

What we love about this recipe is that it stays super moist. Here’s what one of the many that made her recipe had to say ..

“I made this last night for my family who was traveling from Pa. They kept getting delayed and even though I’d cooked this, it stayed perfect in a 200-degree oven for over an hour.

It looked and tasted wonderful! It’s a dish for company & everyone wanted the recipe!”

Cindy said that her recipe was a hearty serve for four and you should allow about 30 minutes prep time. For your Chicken you will need -:

  • 4-5 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8-10 slices Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/8 inch slices
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 T seasoned salt,
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
