How To Make Hasselback Chicken Recipe

Slice Chicken breast 3/4 of the way through to create a pocket.

Do not slice all the way through.

Transfer chicken onto baking tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Fill with mozzarella, add sliced tomatoes and basil.

Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and ground black pepper.

Place your chicken breasts into a 375 degree (190c) preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

Garnish with fresh basil, plate up and serve!
