- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil or extra light olive oil
- 1/2 cup hot water (Jenny uses hot tap water – 125-130° F)
The recipe prep time is 15 minutes and then the same again for cooking. You will yield 8 Tortillas from this recipe.

If you would like to make a whole wheat version, Jenny suggests that you use half whole wheat pastry flour and half all-purpose flour.
