Tortilla Homemade Recipe Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil or extra light olive oil
- 1/2 cup hot water (Jenny uses hot tap water – about 125-130° F)
