How To Make Veggie Fritters Recipe
Shred up 3 cups of veggies. You can use whatever you like including zucchini, carrot, kale, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, broccoli.
Add 2 chopped green onions.
Crack 2 Eggs and combine the mixture well.
Season with salt and ground pepper.
Add in 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour and mix thoroughly.
Add a small amount of oil to a pre-heated pan over medium-low heat. Scoop up some mixture and add to the pan. Level it out.
Fry up veggie fritters 2-3 minutes and then carefully flip over. After 6-7 minutes when they are golden brown, remove from the pan. They are ready to plate up.
